According to a source close to the couple, Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone are all set to get married on November 10 this year.
Speculations about Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh getting hitched byv the end of this year has been rife for quite sometime now. The two apparently fell in love on the sets of Sanjay Leela Bhansali directorial Ram Leela, and since then the spark between them hasn't dimmed a bit.
Conjectures about their impending wedding were going on like wild fire, but now no more speculations! Like Sonam Kapoor and Anushka Sharma, Deepika Padukone is too going to walk down the aisle by the end of this year itself. According to a Filmfare report, Deepika and Ranveer have finalised November 10 as their wedding date. The couple is winding up all their work before D-day and are all set to spend a lifetime together.
The duo want a perfect and impeccable wedding ceremony, revealed a source. The source close to the couple told the magazine, "The maximum time was taken to decide the date. Both Ranveer and Deepika want everything about their marriage to be perfect. November 10 suited their calendars as well as their parents."
Reportedly, the couple got engaged on Deepika's birthday during their Maldives vacation, where Ranveer had popped 'the question'. The roka ceremony too apparently took place a long time back, but the wedding date was finalised just a few weeks ago.
Recently Deepika, was spotted shopping with her mother, which added to the rumours about Ranveer-Deepika's impending nuptials. The rumour mills are busy churning that the couple will be opting for a destination wedding and will host a reception in the country post that. There will be a reception in Bengaluru, where Deepika's family is based.
Talking about the same, the source further added, "The wedding might take place in Italy or Bangalore or both, just like Virat and Anushka's. The family was also toying with the idea of Udaipur palace, but that didn't work out. Preparations are in full swing from both sides. Ladies have begun the wedding shopping. Ranveer is extremely excited about the wedding and is evidently on cloud nine with both his professional and personal life being on a high."
Sometime back in an interview with Film Companion when asked about her wedding plans, Deepika had said, "Marriage is an important institution for me. I've seen my parents, and it's the way that I've been brought up. When it is the right time, I'll feel it. It'll happen when it has to happen."
Looks like the time is finally right, for both the Piku actress and Befikre actor.
