Anushka Sharma shares unseen photo with daughter Vamika, celebrates Ashtami with laugh and cuddles

Today, on the eighth day of Navaratri, Bollywood actor Anushka Sharma gave a rare glimpse into her personal life as she shared a photo with her and Team India captain Virat Kohli's daughter Vamika. 

Taking to her Instagram account, Anushka shared a photo where she could be seen playing with Vamika and laughing with her. Though Vamika's face is hidden from the camera, the little kid can be seen in a pink sweater, with her little black curls framing her face.

Wishing her daughter on the occasion of Durga Ashtami, Anushka captioned the photo saying, "Making me braver and more courageous every day. May you always find the strength of the goddess in you my little Vamika. Happy Ashtami."

Notably, Durga Ashtami is observed on the eighth day of Navaratri during which devotees observe Ashtami vrat and perform Kanya Pujan. Nine young girls, representing the nine different forms of Goddess Durga, are worshipped on this day. After their puja, the girls are offered bhog.
