Looks like there's no end to the troubles of ace comedian Kapil Sharma. The comedian-turned-actor has been grabbing the eyeballs once again for all the wrong reasons since the past couple of weeks. It all began with his abusive Twitter rant against the editor of an entertainment portal and him spewing venom against his former managers Preeti and Neeti Simoes. It didn't stop there. His difficulties further increased when he allegedly hurled abuses at the aforementioned editor over a telephonic conversation. Under these circumstances, his comeback show Family Time With Kapil Sharma too went off air, after it failed to live up to the expectations of the audience and Kapil's fans.

While Kapil's previous two outings Comedy Nights With Kapil and The Kapil Sharma Show had been a hit among his fans on TV, his latest show Family Time With Kapil Sharma didn't quite work for the masses. The format of FTWKS was that of a game show, which didn't go down well with his fans.

Now, Sumona Chakravarti, who has been a part of both the previous shows of Kapil, playing his wife Manju on screen was recently quizzed about what in her opinion didn't work for FTWKS as she's apparently the lucky charm of the ace comedian. Sumona tols Timesnownews.com, "Yes, main Kapil ki lucky charm hoon."

Meanwhile, after FTWKS was pulled out, Kapil had told IANS, "I think I need some me time and need to recuperate. I've been working too hard for too long. There is a lot in the pipeline and lot of new exciting projects which I will talk about soon.”
