Apple will hold the virtual 'One More Thing' event on Tuesday. The "One more thing" tagline is a classic Apple reference from previous keynotes. This event is likely to showcase Apple's transition to Silicon in the Mac desktop lineup.
Apple had announced earlier its in-house chips over Intel processors at WWDC 2020. At the WWDC20 developer conference in June, Apple confirmed its break up with Intel x86 architecture for Advanced RISC Machines (ARM) chips in its Mac desktops.
When and where to watch Apple Livestream event:
Apple event will begin at 10 am PST (11:30 pm IST) on November 10.
The event will take place virtually from Apple Park.
Apple will stream the event live through its dedicated Apple Events site, and on the Apple TV app as well as YouTube. You can also watch the Apple event live directly from the video embedded below.
What announcements are expected?
Apple is expected to unveil hardware based on its native ARM silicon.
No announcement on to iPad, Apple Watch or iPhone is expected as Apple had help separate events earlier this year for the same. In September, Apple launched Watch Series 6 along with a new iPad Air.
Last month, the company finally unveiled the iPhone 12 series with four 5G devices and the HomePod mini.
New Apple MacBook likely
According to a recent report by Bloomberg, Apple is boosting the production of its new 13-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pro models as well as 13-inch MacBook Air. In addition to the new Macs, analysts believe that Apple is working on a new pair of over-ear AirPods headphones and tracking tags similar to those made by Tile Inc to bolster Apple's growing accessories business.
