Mumbai police arrests bmw driver after found masturbating in front of actor's wife

The Vile Parle police on Monday registered a case of molestation and arrested a BMW car driver after a well known actor complained that he was masturbating in front of his wife.

The actor, who has worked several Marathi and Hindi films, took to Twitter to report the matter to the police, that an unidentified man had masturbated in front of his wife in Vile Parle. The actor had also tweeted, saying that the pervert may have also targeted girls studying at a nearby school and should be nabbed immediately.

According to the police, the incident took place on Monday morning in Vile Parle when the famous actor's wife was traveling from Parle Tilak School. She saw the driver of a white BMW parked nearby masturbating in front of her. The police said the woman attempted to nab him however the driver fled from the spot immediately. The woman could not see the full registration number of the car, however she could recollect only four letters. The woman then informed her husband who took to Twitter to informed the police.

"A white BMW with last 4 digits 1985 needs to be traced. The driver wearing a grey safari who had parked near #ParleTilakSchool #VileParleEast started masturbating in front of my wife. Before she could slap him he escaped. She could note down just the last 4 digits@MumbaiPolice," the actor said in a tweet tagging the official Twitter handle of Mumbai Police.

After the actor tweeted, the police formed a team to nab the guy and questioned locals to get clues to nab him. As the actor's wife couldn't recollect the full number of the car, the police also checked the CCTV footage of the area. The police took a written complaint from actor's wife and registered a case of molestation. Following the registration of the case the accused Jivan Chaudhary was nabbed within two hours.

A case has been registered against the accused under section 509(indecent act) of Indian Penal Code.
