Two aircraft of Surya Kiran Aerobatics Team crash during Aero India show rehearsal in Bengaluru

Two aircraft of Surya Kiran Aerobatics Team crashed in Bengaluru on Tuesday during rehearsal for the Aero India show.

The Aero India Show is being held in Bengaluru from February 20 to 24.

The Surya Kiran Aerobatics Team was rehearsing for the show at the Yelahanka airbase in Bengaluru when the accident took place. The cause of the mishap is yet to be ascertained.

"One civilian hurt. Both pilots have ejected, the debris has fallen near ISRO layout, Yelahanka new town area," Bengaluru police said.
