Infobeans to establish base at Simhasa IT park

After starting second phase of operations at Crystal IT Park, IT Company Infobeans is all set to establish its base at IT Park proposed at Simhasa.

Once fully operational, the company plans to offer employment to 300 IT professionals, while half of these employees would be hired by Diwali.

The company also has obtained Letter of Permission for Software Development Facility, to be developed at 10-acre land inside under construction IT park at Simhasa -- the outskirts of Indore.

"This project would offer employment to 1000 professionals and would start within six months from the date of receiving land possession," Siddarth Sethi, managing director of the company told dna.

An officer from MP State Electronics Development Corporation said that investment proposals from total 14 IT companies including Infobeans have been accepted for Simhasa IT Park. 

 As TCS laid foundation for its city campus in August, all eyes are now set on another IT giant Infosys which is required to lay foundation for its local campus on the 130-acre land allotted at Super Corridor.

Significantly the model code of conduct is expected to be imposed in the state in latter half of this month, ahead of assembly elections due in November. The company is also required to start its MoU inked for this project during Global Investors' Summit last year--within one of mandatory period before October, said a senior official from district administration.

The officer said that formal proposal for foundation laying, already has been sent to Infosys but the company is yet to respond with the schedule.

SEZ Indore Development Commissioner AK Rathore also claimed that the company was yet to forward any information regarding project commencement.
