Dilapidated building collapses in Vadodara, 7 labourers feared trapped

At least seven people are feared trapped under the debris of a building in Vadodra which collapsed on Saturday as the work to demolish was underway. 

The incident took place in Chhani Jakatnaka area of the Gujarat city and the building is owned by Larsen & Toubro (L&T). 

ANI reported that the work to demolish the building was underway when the building suddenly collapsed, trapping the labourers working at the building. 

Rescue operation is currently underway with at least 4 fire brigade vehicles on the location. Local police have also arrive at the scene and is helping in the resue operation.
