Chinese troops have reportedly erected one more tent in Daulat Beg Oldi (DBO) sector of Ladakh, raising to five the number of such structures in the area of incursion.

Even as the standoff between India and China enters the third week, Beijing is showing no signs of withdrawing its troops from the Indian territory.

China is reportedly insisting that any troop withdrawal can take place only if the Indian Army dismantles some bunkers at a key vantage point.

The vantage point is at a junction between two mountains in Ladakh area from where the Indian troops would remain unseen and oversee the activities of the Chinese troops in that area.

Fifty Chinese soldiers are presently deployed 19 kilometers inside Indian Territory in the Daulat Beg Oldi sector.
