Shyamalan ready with his next flick

After a string of less than successful films, Indian born Hollywood director M Night Shyamalan has finished filming his latest project, “The Happening”, starring “The Departed” actor Mark Wahlberg.

“The shooting of the film is complete, and it will be out for release in September next year,” said Ronnie Screwvala of UTV, who is co-producing the film, said. While most of the film has been shot in Shyamalan’s hometown Philadelphia, a part of it has also been shot in Europe. The film is reportedly a psycho thriller about a family on the run from a natural crisis that poses large scale damage to humanity.
