Lady Gaga takes to stage on hospital stretcher

Lady Gaga has become the first artist to take to the stage in a hospital stretcher.

The pop star was wheeled out by two buff ‘medical professionals’ as she sang the opening lines of her latest single Marry The Night, the Sun reported.

She sported a hospital gown and a surgical cap, recreating a scene from her song’s 14-minute video, proving once again that only she can carry off every type of costume with panache.

The 25-year-old was then lifted off the bed before she bursted into life at the Jingle Ball in Los Angeles, looking barmy as she maniacally jumped around the stage in her hospital clobber.

She opted for more typical but no less eye-catching attire for other segments of her show.

She later sported a red studded number teamed with vision-impairing matching eyewear and a cleavage-flaunting corset-inspired outfit with giant shoulders.
