The Institute of company secretaries of India (ICSI) has allowed Class 12 appearing students to register for ICSI CS Executive programme 2021.

The Institute of company secretaries of India (ICSI) has allowed Class 12 appearing students to register for ICSI CS Executive programme 2021. The decision is taken after the postponement of class 12 examinations. Significantly, this year, due to the second wave of COVID-19, the examinations of class XII have been postponed. Now students appearing for the twelfth examination can also apply for the ICSI Executive Program provisionally.
As per the official notification, students who have cleared CSEET and are scheduled to appear in the Class 12 exam in 2021 conducted by the central and state boards will be allowed to seek provisional registration to the Executive programme subject to submission of proof of passing 10+2 (class 12) exam within six months from the date of such provisional registration to the Executive Programme.
May 31 is the last date for application
The last date for application for ICSI CS Executive Program 2021 is May 31. Candidates can refer to the details mentioned in the official notification available on the official website of ICSI, icsi.edu.

ICSI CS Executive is a Corporate Professional course. Foundation courses include Business Environment, Entrepreneurship, Management, Communication, Ethics, Economics, and Accounting. The CS Executive Programme includes company law, commercial law, tax law, common law, securities law, and accounts and audit practice. The CS Executive course is conducted at three levels by ICSI. First Foundation Programme, Second Executive Programme, and Third Professional Programme.
