St Stephen's College, affiliated to University of Delhi (DU), has released its first cut-off list 2020 for admission to undergraduate courses. Cut-offs for all Science programmes have increased except BSc Mathematics. The minimum marks needed for admissions at St Stephen's in most courses including BA (Hon) Economics is above 99%. This year’s cut-offs are higher than last year's.

For English honours applicants, students need to have scored 90% in English Core or 85% in English Elective.
This year’s cut-off for the course is higher by 0.25% for commerce and science students.

In Economics, the college has put a rider that applicants need to score at least 95% in mathematics to secure a seat.
Those under Church of North India Delhi Diocese (CNID) and Church of North India (CNI) need to have 70% marks in the subject while SC, ST and general applicants need 95% in the subject.
The cut-offs released by DU are on the basis of the best of four marks obtained in class 12 board exams. The best of four includes one language subject, one core subject (if applicable), and rest two subjects based on the highest marks scored in board exams.
