Four cash van agents were robbed off Rs 39 lakhs by armed biker borne assailants who first intercepted their car and then fired two rounds at them in Central Delhi's Ranjeet Nagar area on Wednesday morning. The bullets hit the car but the four occupants escaped unhurt.

According to the police the incident occurred around 10:30am. The four occupants of the car have been identified as Anil Kumar (27), Mohammad Arshad (44), Praveen Kumar (45) and Bhupendra Sharma (29).

They work for a private firm called Giri Associates in Satyam Complex area of Ranjeet Nagar. While Praveen was behind the wheels, Bhupendra was seated as the co-driver.
