Team India need every support from the other teams they can get to stay alive in the ongoing ICC Men's T20 World Cup, apart from winning their remaining games and Scotland know that and they let everyone else know the same during their game against New Zealand in Dubai on Wednesday.

When the leg-spinner Chris Greaves came on to bowl against the pair of Martin Guptill and Glenn Phillips, the wicket-keeper Matt Cross to cheer up his bowlers said, "Come on Greavo, whole of India is behind you Greavo."

The stump mic caught Cross' commentary and the commentators as well picked it up as they also had a laugh after listening to the same.

For India to have any shot at a qualification sport, they need the likes of New Zealand and Afghanistan to keep losing their respective games, and them winning rest of their games and Cross let the world know that there are 1.38 billion people cheering the men in purple and every wicket taken by them and every run scored by them.

Scotland started the innings after choosing to bowl first on a stupendous note as they reduced the Kiwis to 52/3 dismissing Daryl Mitchell, skipper Kane Williamson and Devon Conway but opener Martin Guptill put his hand up and took the responsibility to take his side to safer shores and get them to a fighting total of 172 with a knock of 93 runs off just 55 balls.
