The coronavirus outbreak has pushed the Indian Premier League (IPL) to a further date.

While franchises have sent back their players from the training camps, their social media accounts are helping fans stay connected with the cricketers.

Recently, Kings XI Punjab (KXIP) shared an image in which KL Rahul and Mayank Agarwal are seeing sharing their sweet bromance.

The two Karnataka players, who are also long-time best friends have played for India on many occasions and are also part of the same IPL squad.

The franchise shared a picture of Agarwal on which Rahul commented saying, "That smile...damn...". Agarwal too responded saying, "I know you miss it".

As for the IPL, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has decided to suspend IPL 2020 till April 15, 2020.

The BCCI held a meeting with the IPL franchises owners at the Board headquarters in Mumbai to discuss the impact of COVID-19 on the upcoming season.

In a statement, the BCCI said that it "will work closely with the Government of India along with the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare and all other relevant Central and State Government departments in this regard".

The opening match of this year's IPL was supposed to be played between the most successful teams of IPL - defending champions Mumbai Indians (MI) and Chennai Super Kings (CSK) - at the iconic Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai on March 29.
