Mukesh Ambani and Isha Ambani’s new clothing store in Gurugram – Azorte – has high-tech features and a unique shopping experience, giving H&M and Zara a run for their money.
Giving a tough competition to clothing and fast fashion brands like H&M, Zara and Forever21, Mukesh Ambani and Isha Ambani launched their own premium clothing brand called Azorte a few years ago, which has now opened its first store in Gurugram.
Azorte is a clothing brand by Reliance Trends, which is headed by Mukesh Ambani’s daughter Isha Ambani. Differing from popular brands like H&M and Zara, Azorte is not a fast fashion store but offers premium and designer clothing from Indian brands and homegrown labels.
While Isha Ambani’s Reliance Trends had established Azorte stores in Mumbai and Pune, the first store of the Reliance clothing brand was opened in Gurugram just this year, in the Airia Mall in Sector 68. The Reliance Trends brand also offers a unique shopping experience.
In its first store in Gurugram, Mukesh Ambani and Isha Ambani’s multi-crore clothing brand Azorte has created a unique experience for shoppers, by offering Artificial Intelligence features, disrupting the conventional way of shopping.
The brand said in a release that the Azorte store has a mobile checkout option, smart trial rooms, and self-checkout kiosks. Further, the store also has many tech-enabled interventions such as a fashion discovery station, which is powered by AI to help you find clothes according to your body type.
The Azorte store has RFID screens all across the 22,000 square feet retail shop act as virtual styling assistants that can suggest clothes for your skin tone and body type. Apart from this, smart trial rooms can help you get clothes in different sizes with the touch of a button.
Azorte and Reliance Trends fall under Reliance Retail, a company headed by billionaire Mukesh Ambani’s daughter Isha Ambani. The launch of Azorte has further spiked the revenue of Reliance Retail, which currently stands at Rs 2.60 lakh crore.
Apart from Azorte, Isha Ambani’s Reliance Retail is also responsible for bringing many luxury clothing brands to India such as Armani, Bulgari, Burberry, and more.
