Employees of THIS sector to get double salary, details here

The ongoing COVID-19 pandemic has left no room for a salary increment of employees in most of the sector, rather there has been a reduction in the salaries of the employees. On the contrary, there is going to be a significant amount of increment in the salary of employees working in the IT sector. This step is to strengthen the competition and perpetuate talent in the market.

Accenture India

Currently, the company has over 2 lakh employees. It had given increment, bonus, and promotion to its employees last year. This year, in February, the process of increment and promotion has begun. According to the company, their staff this year in April has benefited from one time ‘Thank You’ bonus. The company promoted 605 of its employees to the post of Managing Director (MD), out of which 63 have been promoted to the post of senior MD.

Tata Consultancy Services

The IT company has twice given a salary increment within a period of 6 months. They have started giving revised salaries since April 2021 to all their staff. 

Infosys

The company has informed that they are in process of the second cycle of compensation review. They have increased the salary of their staff since January 2021. Last year they had halted the increment of most of their staff.

Tech Mahindra

They had announced the salary increment of their employees, which came into effect from 1 April 2021. They have announced a retention bonus for their competent employees.
