On Saturday night, Karan Johar took to his Instagram page and shared a video wherein a whale of Bollywood celebrities are seen assembled together. In the video, celebs namely Shahid Kapoor with wife Mira Rajput, Ranbir Kapoor, Deepika Padukone, Varun Dhawan with Natasha Dalal, Arjun Kapoor with Malaika Arora, Vicky Kaushal, Rohit Dhawan and his wife, Zoya Akhtar, Shakun Batra and Ayan Mukerji were seen partying together. KJo captioned the post as, "Saturday night vibes"
Now, an MLA named Manjinder S Sirsa took to his Twitter page and slammed the celebrities present in the video. He accused them of taking drugs during the party. Manjinder tweeted, "#UDTABollywood - Fiction Vs Reality Watch how the high and mighty of Bollywood proudly flaunt their drugged state!! I raise my voice against #DrugAbuse by these stars. RT if you too feel disgusted @shahidkapoor @deepikapadukone @arjunk26 @Varun_dvn @karanjohar @vickykaushal09"
However, Congress leader Milind Deora slammed Sirsa for his statement and for spreading rumours. Deora's wife Pooja Shetty Deora was also present at the party. Milind tweeted, "My wife was also present that evening (and is in the video). Nobody was in a “drugged state” so stop spreading lies & defaming people you don’t know! I hope you will show the courage to tender an unconditional apology."
