Shilpa Shetty Kundra showcases benefits of preventive healthcare

Known for her strict fitness regime and healthy, but delicious choices in food, Shilpa Shetty Kundra is an idol for many. Her healthy lifestyle is an inspiration too many, and hence it doesn't come as a surprise that she has been appointed as the brand ambassador for a diagnostic care brand.

The diagnostics chain has rolled out a new preventive customised health check platform under which there will be a new range of comprehensive, customised full body check-up packages. The Dhadkan actress shared that she has always believed in preventive healthcare.

She said, as quoted by the website, "They attempt to change the mindset of people from curative to preventive and reduce the prevalence of lifestyle diseases, thereby helping people live longer and healthier lives.” 

Shilpa Shetty Kundra also said that she goes for regular health check-ups as often as necessary.
