Leaked! Janhvi Kapoor's first look as Gunjan Saxena is giving us high hopes

Janhvi Kapoor might just be one-film-old, but the debutante star kid has already managed to bag two promising films – Karan Johar’s directorial Takht and biopic of IAF officer Gunjan Saxena aka Indian Air Force’s first female combat pilot, who took part in the Kargil War in 1999.

While Takht is expected to go on floors next year, it appears that Janhvi has already begun shooting for the biopic, which solely rides on her shoulders, a very big responsibility for a newcomer.

Her look from the biopic has been leaked and is she not raising all our expectations high by being a replica of Gunjan in an IAF dungaree!

Hair tied in a bun, Janhvi went for the minimal make-up look, but what really is surprising is, why is she looking towards the floor while she got snapped?

Anyhow, fans of the actress were pleasantly surprised and extremely happy to receive their Christmas gift in the form of her movie’s first look, especially when she was least expecting it.

Before making her debut in Bollywood, Janhvi was already a sensation thanks to her late mother and legendary actress Sridevi who is fondly remembered till day.

While her previous film Dhadak was inspired by the Marathi blockbuster film Sairat, Takht is based on the era of Mughal empires and will also feature Ranveer Singh, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Vicky Kaushal, Bhumi Pednekar and Anil Kapoor.
