Is Anushka Sharma's next film former Indian Cricket Team Captain Jhulan Goswami's biopic?

All-round cricketer and former captain of India national women's cricket team Jhulan Goswami is getting a biopic on herself. Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma is likely to act in the same if the latest reports are anything to go by.

Often known as ‘Chakdah Express’, Jhulan Goswami announced her retirement from the team in August 2018. A report on XtraTime, a website which mainly reports on Football, states that Anushka Sharma has been finalized for the biopic.

The report mentions that Anushka, who was snapped at the Mumbai airport a while back, will land at Kolkata airport and go to Eden Gardens for the shooting of the film. Reportedly Jhulan, known for both her batting and bowling (right arm medium) capabilities, will also be there.

The shooting is expected to take place in the dressing room as well as Eden Gardens. Anushka is expected to return back after shooting the film today itself.

Interestingly Anushka is also married to Indian skipper Virat Kohli and has spent a year not doing movies but spending time with him while accompanying Kohli to his various tournaments.
