Kartik Aaryan and Deepika Padukone had taken fans by surprise by dancing on 'Dheeme Dheeme' at the Mumbai airport
Deepika Padukone and Kartik Aaryan indulged in some Instagram banter as the 'Luka Chuppi' actor turned 30-year-old on November 22. The chat, which was about working in a movie, ended in a connection to the Mumbai airport, which is where the fans had first seen Kartik and Deepika Padukone indulge in some fun.
Deepika took to her Instagram story and shared a birthday note with Kartik's photo on it. She wrote, "Happy Birthday! May we sign a fun film together this year! @kartikaaryan."
"Aap bas dates taiyaar rakho! Fun aur film main laa raha hoon," replied Kartik. Soon, Deepika shared, "Sir! Mere saare dates aapke." The biggest surprise for fans came when Kartik replied, "Narration rakhwa raha hoo!" along with the location "Airport T2"

Earlier, the actors had turned heads in 2019 by dancing on Dheeme Dheeme song at the Mumbai airport which made people all over talk about it.
Talking about the same, Deepika had said, "I saw him on Instagram or something and I’m like ‘wow he’s endearing’ and I kept watching and I kept watching. And I started observing him and something about him I find so endearing, I find him extremely hardworking. He is not apologetic about the fact… and this is all my understanding. I have not met him too many times, so I don’t know as an outsider my understanding is that he’s extremely focused, he’s extremely driven. And he is not apologetic about it. He will do whatever it takes to be successful. He will do whatever it takes to be at the top, honest and he is not apologetic about it. And I love that about him. That’s how I started following him and seeing his work. Then I saw the 'Dheeme Dheeme' challenge, and I said ‘what is this step?’ I kept watching it and I kept watching it. And to save my life I was not able to do that step. Of course, I tried it at home and then I messaged him can you teach me the step."
During an Instagram conversation, Kartik had asked Deepika, "Hai kisi director mein dum?" To which she replied in Om Shanti Om way, "Agar kisi cheez ko dil se chaho to poori qainaat use tumse milane ki koshish mei lag jaati hai."
