Aditya Kriplani's film 'Tikli and Laxmi Bomb' gets applauded at various film festivals!

Aditya Kriplani's film Tikli and Laxmi Bomb that won rave reviews everywhere, is certainly going places. The film, based on the lives of two sex workers in Mumbai, and adapted from Aditya's book by the same name, was officially selected and screened at the Jaipur International Film Festival.

Actess Chitrangada Chakraborty won the Best Debutante Actress Award for the film as well. The film has also been officially selected for its European Premiere at the Berlin Independent Film Festival in February and for the UK Asian Film Festival for its UK Premiere in March.

Previously, films like Lipstick Under My Burkha and Death In The Gunj were selected for the same festival in UK. This also comes as a big boost for the film that comprises of a 99 per cent women only crew.
