Prateek Mohite, a 25-year-old man, has been entered into the Guinness Book of World Record 2022 for being the shortest bodybuilder in the world. Standing at just 103 cm tall, Prateek Mohite’s height is 3 feet 4 inches approximately.
Being less than a feel tall, Prateek had to face a lot of hardships in his life. Having such a short height made him the centre of many jokes. While people making fun of him his whole life, Mohite decided to change his own fate by working hard.
When he was born, the Maharashtra-based bodybuilder had very small feet and hands, which never really developed to their normal size as his age advanced. Since childhood, he was made fun of for his short height, which broke his spirit as a youngster.
Ever since he was a child, he had an interest in cricket. He started to channelize his love for physical exercise by starting to work out at the age of 16. When he polished off his body and started working out professionally, Mohite became a known personality in his field.
Prateek talked about his struggles when he initially started working out. He said that he could not lift dumbbells or heavy weights in the initial stages. As he perfected his form with practice, he became more excited about working out and being a bodybuilder.
Now, through all his achievements, he has set the Guinness World Record 2022 for being the shortest bodybuilder in the world. Over the duration of three years, Prateek has participated in over 40 competitions, performing exceptionally in each and every one.
