The flag carrier of the United Arab Emirates, Emirates, is trending globally after the airline released a new advertisement in which a woman is shown standing on top of the world's tallest building Burj Khalifa in Dubai.

The woman in the viral ad is Nicole Smith-Ludvik, who is a professional skydiving instructor. In the 30-second advertisement, which is being watched by lakhs of people, Nicole features as an Emirates cabin crew member.

As the camera pans out, Nicole can be seen standing on top of Burj Khalifa at a height of 828 metres above the ground.

Nicole also shared the ad on Instagram, saying, “This is, without a doubt, one of the most amazing and exciting stunts I've ever done. A big shout out to Emirates Airlines for your creative marketing idea! It was a pleasure being a part of the team!”

Nicole Smith-Ludvik is a “world traveller, skydiver, yoga instructor, hiker and adventurer” as described on her Instagram bio.

Emirates has also released a short clip showing how the ad was filmed “on top of the world.” Emirates noted that the viral ad was filmed without any green screen or special effects.
