Disha Vakani aka Daya Ben from Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah is mighty upset, here's why

Theatre and Television actress Disha Vakani, who shot to fame with the portrayal of her character of Daya ben in popular sitcome Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashah is mighty miffed with the netizens. Why you ask? Well, turns out that some of the denizens, for lack of better things to do, have been tagging her in vulgar and obscene posts on social media. 

Looks like such spam notifications left her pretty upset, which is why Disha Vakani took to her Instram account to warn the miscreants. Disha shared a message on her Insta stories that read, "This is the last warning. Stop tagging me in inappropriate, vulgar and offensive content. All the pictures related to or of me are welcome but nothing else!"

Meanwhile, it's been quite sometime since her fans saw her on TMKOC. The actress recently gave birth to a baby girl and has been on a pretty long maternity leave. Her fans do miss her on the show and her long absence gave rise to speculations about her planning to quit TMKOC. 

Later the makers of the show came forward and debunked the rumours of her leaving the show. The makers further assured the fans that Disha will be back on the sets of the show soon after her newborn baby grows up a little. Fans have been waiting for her to be back on the show. Here's hoping that Disha will soon be back to entertain the viewers in her signature Daya ben element!
