Uttarakhand Chief Minister Harish Rawat listened to the grievances of the people of his state over telephone and directed the concerned officials to take immediate steps towards resolving them.
People across Uttarakhand told the Chief Minister about their problems over phone yesterday and urged him to take necessary measures, according to an official release here.
A Haridwar resident complained to the CM that a plan was sanctioned to build a 600 metre road in Haridwar but it hasn't been built yet.
Another resident who was working in the Municipal Council in Uttarkashi said that he has not received his salary from March 2014 to November 2014.
An Almora resident told Rawat about the problem of drinking water in his area.
Rawat directed the concerned districts officials to look into all these matters and come up with prompt solution.
