Haryana Assembly Polls: PM Narendra Modi to conduct four rallies; Ballabhgarh, Kurukshetra, Hisar on campaigning list

The campaigning schedule comes after the process of filing of nominations was over in the state.

The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has released a list of 40 star-campaigners for the upcoming assembly elections in Haryana. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be conducting four rallies in the state of Haryana as part of an intensive campaigning programme for the party and as usual, his schedule remains packed to the brim.

Modi on October 14 will be holding a rally in Ballabhgarh in the Faridabad district, followed by one rally each in Kurukshetra and Charkhi Dadri in southern Haryana on October 15. Three days later, he will wrap up the programme by addressing a set of intensive rallies in Hisar on October 18.

Along with Prime Minister Modi, other political stalwarts like senior BJP Baleaders and state Chief Ministers are all set to campaign in all the districts of the state to ensure a win for the party, holding more than 100 rallies in total. According to reports, Union Home Minister Amit Shah, BJP working president JP Nadda, and Union Defence Minister Rajnath Singh are all set to address a total of 24 rallies for the purpose of campaigning for the elections. The dates for these individual rallies was declared by the party, according to sources.

BJP president Amit Shah and working president JP Nadda will hold more than a dozen rallies across Haryana separately. Amit Shah will address rallies at Kaithal, Barwala, Loharu and Meham on October 9 and at Tohana, Panchkula, Karnal and Badshahpur on October 14. While Nadda will address rallies at Dabwali, Rania, Kalanwali and Pataudi on October 11.

Firebrand BJP leader and Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath who is among 40-star campaigners will address rallies at Kalka, Naraingarh, Julana and Sonipat on October 11.

Artist-turned-politicians Sunny Deol, Manoj Tiwari, Ravi Kishan, Hema Malini, Hans Raj Hans too will hold more than 30 rallies each in the state.

General Secretary, Organisation, B L Santosh will work to mobilise cadres for which he will be address convention of party workers on October 9.

The campaigning schedule comes after the process of filing of nominations was over in the state.

The voting for Haryana Assembly Elections takes place on October 21 and the counting of votes will be conducted on October 24.
