After Baahubali frenzy in 2017, everyone has been waiting for Prabhas' next flm Saaho with Shraddha Kapoor with baited breathe. But seems like fans will have to wait a little longer.

According to Mid-Day report, the film might not hit screens this year as they are now eyeing the release date for January 2019. Saaho makers are keen to release the film on auspicious occasion of Makar Sakranti. And with action sequences still left to choose, perfectionist director Sujeeth doesn't want to leave any stone unturned. The team is set to shoot for a kickass chase sequence in Dubai soon.

And by the looks of it, Shraddha Kapoor's Stree with Rajkummar Rao will come much earlier than Saaho.

Baahubali actor Prabhas welcomed New Year with a gruelling schedule of his upcoming film Saaho. The actor started the shoot by January 5 for a month-long schedule. DNA After Hrs earlier reported, Prabhas saying “The team has so far shot for 40-45 days. We will start shooting for the major action sequence soon. We plan to release the film next year. But we will be able to finalise the exact date depending on the progress of the film." For the next schedule, the team will be going to Abu Dhabi to shoot a high-octane chase sequence, which is one of the pivotal scenes of the film. A source says that the actor has undergone intense training for three months for the action sequence which will be carried out on moving vehicle. “His physical preparation involves jogging, cardiovascular training, weight training, and Plyometrics obstacle races, all of which will help him pick up the moves easily. He trained six to seven hours daily to master his moves,” adds the source.

Prabhas is also working on his Hindi as the film is trilingual — Telugu, Tamil and Hindi. His co-star Shraddha Kapoor has been helping him with the diction when they were shooting together for 15 days.
