PBS Masterpiece released six new images for the upcoming season four of worldwide hit series Sherlock starring Benedict Cumberbatch and Martin Freeman.

Last we saw Mary and Dr. John Watson in BBC's one-off episode of Sherlock: The Abominable Bride, the couple was nesting and getting ready for a new addition to the crime solving-blogging family which also includes uncle Sherlock Holmes.

In the new images, we can see Baby Watson has arrived and uncle Sherlock is not too pleased (Is it because being a baby, an intelligent one at that, was his part apart from being crime-solving genius? The nose crinkles could be his curious mind in observation mode, and we hope it's the latter.)

This is not all. Mycroft Holmes, played by Mark Gatiss, and Mrs Hudson, played by Una Stubbs, are also part of seven-image bundle released by PBS.

Something from Setlock!

Toby Jones plays Culverton Smith and, according to writer-producer Steven Moffat, he will play one of Arthur Conan Doyle's finest villains!

One of the BBCs biggest exports, starring Benedict Cumberbatch and Martin Freeman as Sherlock Holmes and John Watson respectively, the show is returning to the small screen on January 1, 2017. The first episode to air will be 'The Six Thatchers'.
