American Horror Story showrunner Ryan Murphy wants pop star Lady Gaga to stick around for the sixth season of the FX horror anthology series.

Murphy took to Twitter to declare his admiration for Gaga, who makes her acting debut in American Horror Story: Hotel and asked her to return for another season.

While FX has not officially announced a sixth season of the horror anthology co-created by Murphy and Brad Falchuk, the series is the cable network's highest-rated series.

The new series, like every season, marks a complete reset of the story with the returning cast members including Sarah Paulson, Evan Peters, Kathy Bates and more all playing new characters.
