Rahul Mahajan should take counselling from me: Rakhi Sawant

One got engaged on television only to break off a few months later and the other got married only to get embroiled in bitter controversy. Rakhi Sawant appears to be a bit cagey when first questioned about Rahul Mahajan. But she’s Rakhi Sawant after all…

“I have heard a lot about that guy (Rahul Mahajan). He was (allegedly)  involved in drugs and has (allegedly) beaten up his wife. He has made a lot of news. He should come and see me and I am sure that I will be able to help him. He should take counseling from me if he wants dil ka insaaf (a judgement from the heart),” says Rakhi.

Rakhi admits in the same breath that Rahul ‘should not be spared’ if he has beaten up his wife (Dimpy Ganguly). “It’s wrong to hit a woman. You should never hit a woman. And I wouldn’t support a man who hits a woman but that doesn’t mean that there’s no room for change,” she adds.

Rakhi says she didn’t like the fact that Rahul was branded as a bad boy the moment the controversies surfaced. “What is done is done. Yes, he may have beaten up his wife, but please don’t brand him a bad boy. He can still learn and be a better person,” she adds.
