Charlize Theron adopts a baby boy

Actress Charlize Theron has adopted a baby and will raise him with help from her mother.

The 36-year-old, who has been trying to adopt a baby for a long time, announced that she had become mom to son Jackson, reports reports people.com. 
 
Although Theron split from beau Sturt Townsend, she won't be raising the kid alone. Her mother Gerda will help out with the baby.
