India Post GDS Recruitment 2021: India Post (Post Office of India) has extended the last date of application for the post of Gramin Dak Sevaks (GDS) in AP Postal Circle, Telangana Postal Circle and in Delhi Postal Circle. Candidates who have not applied for India Post Recruitment 2021 can submit their application on official website of India Post i.e. appost.in. The last date to submit the application is today, March 1, 2021. Earlier, the last date was 26 February 2021.
A total of 3679 vacancies are available of which 2296 are for AP GDS Recruitment 2021, 233 are for Delhi GDS Recruitment 2021 and 1150 for Telangana GDS Recruitment 2021.

India Post GDS Salary
1) For BPM - Rs 12000 (Minimum TRCA for 4 hours/Level 1 in TRCA Slab) and Rs 14,500 (Minimum TRCA for 5 hours/Level 2 in TRCA slab)
2) ABPM/Dak Sevak - Rs 10000 (Minimum TRCA for 4 hours/Level 1 in TRCA Slab) and Rs 12000 (Minimum TRCA for 5 hours/Level 2 in TRCA slab)
India Post GDS Eligibility Criteria
Secondary School Examination pass certificate of 10th standard with passing marks in Mathematics, local language and English (having been studied as compulsory or elective subjects) conducted by any recognized Board of School Education by the Government of India/State Governments/ Union Territories in India shall be a mandatory educational qualification for all approved categories of Gramin Dak Sevaks.
The candidate should have studied the local language at least up to 10th Class.
