A day after two bike-borne assailants attacked two people in sector 46 in Noida, the second victim succumbed to his injuries in a private hospital in Noida on Friday. The victim's family claimed that the attack is a result of old enmity.

On Thursday, two bike-borne miscreants shot two people near Garden Glory, a high rise in Sector 46. Anil, who is a known criminal in Firozabad died on the spot while Harinath died during treatment in Safdarjung Hospital, Delhi.

According to Pushpendra, Anil's brother, the murder was planned due to personal enmity between the two families, which has been going on for the last ten years.

"In 2008, Anil had killed a man in order to take revenge on his brother's death and we suspect them to have taken a revenge," said Pushpendra.

On December 5, Anil came to Noida with his friends Harinath and Karmaveer in search for a job. On Thursday evening, when the three were going towards a friend's house from Sector-46, two bunkers riding a bike shot Anil and Harinath. Somehow, Karmaveer saved his life.

Police said deceased Anil was wanted in six criminal cases including murder and robbery. On the other hand, Harinath doesn't have any criminal records yet.

Police have registered a case against three people of Firozabad identified as Harishankar, Chotna and Satendra Alias Bholayi (Son of Harishankar) under the IPC Section of 302 (Punishment for Murder).
