On the other hand, more than 31 crore tickets were sold for Jeetendra's film 'Caravan' during its lifetime. The gross collection of 'Caravan' in Asia was more than Rs 1300 crore if adjusted to inflation, according to report.
The songs of this film also proved to be superhit. The film boasts of several superhit songs, including 'Chadti Jawaani Meri Chaal Mastani', 'Daiya Yeh Main Kahan Aa Phasee', 'Dilbar Dil Se Pyaare', 'Kitna Pyaara Vaada Hai' and 'Piya Tu Ab To Aaja'. According to Box Office India data, 'Caravan' had a gross collection of about Rs 3.6 crore at the Indian box office in 1971.
