'Inshallah thodi bahut acting bhi seekh li': When Sara Ali Khan called Sushant Singh Rajput 'extremely helpful'

A video of Sara Ali Khan praising Sushant Singh Rajput has been going viral. She called him an extremely helpful personal and while Sara thanked Sushant for teaching her Hindi, she also stated that he might have helped her become a better actress.

At one of the press conferences of 'Kedarnath', Sara went on to praise Sushant and say, “I don’t know how I’ve done in the film. I’ve really, really tried my best. But I don’t think I would’ve been able to do any of it without Sushant. He has just been the most helpful person to have had. There were days when I was a little lost, I was a little scared, but he was just always hands-on. Whatever broken Hindi I speak, Sushant has taught me.”

"He asked me to talk to him in Hindi only. Toh aise karte karte thodi bahut Hindi toh seekh le, inshallah thodi bahut acting bhi seekh li (I have learnt Hindi and with the grace of God, even learnt some acting). He did help me a lot," confessed Sara.

Sara made her debut opposite Sushant in Abhishek Kapoor's 'Kedarnath'. Their on and off-screen chemistry became the talk of the town around the time of the movie's release.

Sushant Singh Rajput was found hanging in his Bandra home on June 14, 2020. While the actor's death is reported a suicide, there is an ongoing investigation in the case of the 34-year-old's untimely demise.
