'I was pregnant, had an abortion': Ileana D'Cruz on 'bizarre' rumour she heard about herself

Back in 2018, when Ileana D'Cruz was dating Andrew Kneebone, it was reported that she was pregnant. However, the actor shut down the rumours by posting a photo and captioning it as 'not pregnant'. Now, in an interview, Ileana was asked about the rumours she made about herself which took her by surprise and made her life. The actor opened up about a report which suggested that she had an abortion.

Ileana told Bollywood Hungama, "There have been a few. There was one where apparently I was pregnant and had an abortion. It is kind of sad, honestly, that people actually wrote stuff like that. It was bizarre."

The Big Bull actor added, "There was another where I had committed suicide, not attempted. Very sad. (That) I had committed suicide but I had survived and my maid had confirmed the news. I didn’t have a maid, I didn’t attempt suicide, I was alive… It didn’t make any sense. I don’t even know where they get stuff like that."

During the Raid trailer launch back in 2018, Ileana was quizzed if she is married. To which she replied, "Apparently! I don't know what comment to make. Professionally, I am doing well. Personally, also, I am doing well. Thank you. I don't think there's any comment to be made. I have kept my personal life fairly private. I don't like to talk about it too much. But it's pretty much there for the world to see."

Ileana and Andrew broke up in 2019 after years of dating.
