Humans Beware: Akshay Kumar unveils his darker side with a new '2.0' poster

The khiladi of Bollywood Akshay Kumar turned a year older as he celebrated his 51st birthday on Sunday.

And on the occasion of his special day, the actor treated his fans and followers with a fresh poster of his character from the upcoming sci-fi thriller 2.0.

Not only did he unveil yet another poster, but also revealed some details about his character in the film. 

He said that he is portraying a dark superhero.

"Here's a special birthday treat for all my fans. Sharing with you my most powerful character and one which has probably stayed with me for the longest time. I am the dark superhero for those who don't have a voice! Humans beware," he wrote on Instagram and Twitter along with the poster, which showcases his 2.0 avatar. 

Just like the previous posters, in the new one took Akshay Kumar looks almost unrecognisable as the antagonist with prosthetics.

Filmmaker Karan Johar too shared the poster on his Twitter account and also disclosed that the teaser of the film will be out in four days.

He also said that with this film Akshay will be seen like never before. 

The director-producer shared the same poster twice.

One of his captions, along with the poster read, "The dark side of #2point0!! Teaser out in 4 days!!!", while the other caption read, "Akshay Kumar @akshaykumar as never seen before!!!! The Dark side!!!! #2point0 #HappyBirthdayAkshayKumar"

Directed by S. Shankar, 2.0, which also stars Rajinikanth, Amy Jackson, Adil Hussain and Sudhanshu Pandey, is a sequel of 2010 film Enthiran, which was released in Hindi as Robot

While the film's teaser will be out on September 13, it is slated to release on November 29.
