ABCD 3’s schedule altered as Katrina Kaif signs 'Bharat'?

There is buzz in the trade circles that with Katrina Kaif signing Bharat and Varun Dhawan reportedly asking for some changes in ABCD3’s script, Remo D’Souza’s dance flick might be pushed ahead. Our source says, “Varun has apparently asked for the final script to be given to him before he takes a call on when the film will roll.” However, the choreographer-turned-filmmaker denies the delay. Instead, when we texted him, he sprung a surprise on us and suggested that they could start filming by the end of this year.

High on dance 

Film buffs are eagerly waiting for ABCD3 as Varun and Katrina will share screen space for the first time. Initially, it was supposed to go on floors early next year. In fact, the Judwaa 2 actor had even mentioned on his social media handle that it would hit the screens on November 8, 2019. Says a source, “Kat and Varun are among the top dancers in the industry today, but they will have to hone their skills further for the film that is being made in the 4DX format.”

Katrina’s juggling act  

Katrina, who has almost wrapped up Thugs Of Hindostan and Zero, was to take on ABCD3 next. However, that stands changed with Priyanka Chopra’s exit from Bharat. The Tiger Zinda Hai actress has stepped in to accommodate the Ali Abbas Zafar directorial. It seems she will now have to juggle her dates. An insider says, “Though Kat had allotted a chunk of her dates to ABCD3 from January next year, now, some of them are likely to overlap with that of Bharat.”
