In another major embarrassment for Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan, former Pakistani fast bowler Sarfaraz Nawaz has accused him of consuming drugs in 1987.

Nawaz claimed that he has seen Imran consume drugs in 1987. Nawaz added that he has also seen Khan consume cocaine.

In a video that has now gone viral on social media, Sarfaraz tells how he's not the only one who seen Imran consuming drugs and Imran is free to take him to court if his claims are false.

Recalling an incident of 1987, Sarfaraz said that during a match between Pakistan and England when Imran was not performing well he came to the house in Islamabad and took drugs.

"Bring him in front of me and let's see if he denies it. I am not the lone eyewitness, there are many in London," he added.

It may be noted that both Nawaz and Imran played cricket together for Pakistan and were among the top bowlers in the 1970s and 1980s.
