'Indian Idol 12': THIS contestant wins Amitabh Bachchan's granddaughter Navya Naveli Nanda's heart

The ongoing season of 'Indian Idol' has created a huge fan base around the world. During the weekends 'Indian Idol 12' trend heavily on social media for various reasons. People laud the performances of the contestants while some even see the critical aspect of it. There's one celebrity who is a fan of one contestant and she revealed who via her Instagram story. Yes, we are talking about Amitabh Bachchan's granddaughter Navya Naveli Nanda.

In the photo shared by Navya on her Instagram story, Sawai Bhatt her favourite 'Indian Idol 12' contestant is seen singing with the veteran singer Udit Narayan during one of his performances. She hails him in her caption by using emojis. Bhatt performed on the song 'Udja Kale Kawan' from the film 'Gadar: Ek Prem Katha'.

Sawai even left an impressive mark on Udit who later praised the singer during an interaction. He told BollywoodLife, "During my childhood, my favourite hobby was watching Kathputli acts (Puppet show) and, I used to spend hours and hours watching them. It is because of this that I feel like I have a personal attachment with Sawai Bhat. The way he has progressed since joining the show has been outstanding. I can proudly say that he is one of Indian Idol’s finest talent of this season."

Udit was joined by Abhijeet Bhattacharya during the episode which aired on Saturday. Meanwhile, on Sunday, veteran actor Zeenat Aman was seen as a celebrity guest on 'Indian Idol 12'.
