TO HONE SKILLS: Class 12 CBSE, ISC passouts wish to choose degree courses that promise lucrative future

Ruchit Patel, who has cleared his class 12 CBSE examination (science), from Ramsheth Thakur Public School, Kharghar, said, "My father is a businessman and he never wanted me to be the same. The Mumbai University has already declared a few new courses that will be incorporated in the coming academic year. These courses have beena pproved by the Academic Council on Friday.
"The University has taken this important step to educate students in a way so as to meet future industrial needs in the field of artificial intelligence, cloud computing, machine learning, big data, image processing, marine research, and transportation.
