The policemen tried to stop the agitators who tried to forcibly enter the V-C’s chamber to give him a memorandum

Under the leadership of Shailesh Mosalpuria, president of Arakshit Varg Sangharsh Samiti, students protested on Wednesday against the alleged fraud in the recruitment process at Jai narayan Vyas University (JNVU). The agitators shouted slogans outside the university’s central office.
Meanwhile, the policemen tried to stop the agitators who tried to forcibly enter the V-C’s chamber to give him a memorandum. Subsequently, the angry students began to beat the police. When a policeman tried to escape from their clutches, they chased him down and assaulted him. On receiving the information, Shastri Nagar police station SHO Amit Sihag reached the spot.
The committee has said that the protest will go on for an indefinite period until a fair decision is made.
They committee claimed that the roster passed in the syndicate and government guidelines were not followed and arbitrarily all the recruitments in the university were made unconstitutionally and despite repeated instructions
by the government, the backlog of the disadvantaged sections is not being filled up.
