Laying the foundation stone for the Rs2.35 crore district education complex in Kottayam, education minister MA Baby said the meeting would assess problems and find out remedies prior to implementing the bill.

Stating that Kerala government has already achieved the merits in the Right to Education Bill passed by the Centre, education minister MA Baby today said an all party meet would be convened before implementing the bill.
