Amazon manager shot dead in Delhi, motive unknown

A 36-year-old manager of e-commerce company, Amazon, was shot dead in Delhi on Tuesday night. 5 people opened fire on Harpreet Gill. The victim was travelling on a motorcycle with a friend when he was attacked. A bullet fatally hit him on the head.

The duo was travelling near Subhash Vihar in Delhi's Bhajanpura when the assailants intercepted them. Harpreet received a bullet injury in the head. He died on the spot. His friend's ear received an injury in the ear.

Gill was a manager in Amazon whereas his friend runs an eatery in Bhajanpura. The latter is being treated in a government hospital.

The motive behind the killing is unknown.

The police are investigating the case.

They have identified the accused who came on motorcycles and a scooter.

The accused are absconding.
