Air India has invited applications for the post of Aircraft Maintenance Engineer. The Air India Engineering Services Ltd. (AIESL) has issued a notification to fill in 160 vacancies. The aspiring candidates can apply for according to prescribed format on the official Air India website at www.airindia.in. Candidates who qualify the eligibilty criteria can appear for the walk-in-interview from 1 April 2019 till 12 April 2019.
Eligibility Criteria:
-Candidates must have passed class XII with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics from any Board/ University recognised by the government.
-Applicants must have DGCA License to certify
-Candidates with a qualification on A320 NEO aircraft with leap engine will get preference.
-You must also have at least six months of practical maintenance experience on the type in last two years as on February 1, 2019.
Age Limit:
-General Category: Not above 55 years as on 1st February 2019
-OBC: Not above 58 years
-SC/ST – Applicants in this category should not be above 60 years of age
-Ex-Servicemen – as per Govt. rules but not above

Salary:
Salary of selected candidates will depend on their qualification and experience. They will get salary between Rs.95,000 to Rs.1,28,000.
