UGC NET 2021: NTA extends deadline for registration to THIS date, here's how to apply

In good news for the aspirants, the National Testing Agency (NTA) has now extended the last date of application for the UGC NET 2021. The interested candidates should note that they can now apply for the University Grants Commission (UGC) National Eligibility Test (NET) 2021 by March 9. They can check the details and apply for the UGC NET on the official website of the same: ugcnet.nta.nic.in.

The application for the UGC NET 2021 started on February 2 and the last date of the application now is March 9. The candidates can submit their fees by March 10 and make their corrections within the window available for the same from February 12 to March 16. The UGC NET 2021 exams are going to be conducted this year on May 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 10, 11, 12, 14, and 17.

For the interested candidates, here are the steps to be followed for the UGC NET 2021 registration:

-The candidates should first visit the official site to apply for the UGC NET 2021: ugcnet.nta.nic.in

-On the website, the candidates can locate and select the option of 'Fill Application form Dec 2020 cycle (May 2021)'

-On the landing page, the candidates can register for the UGC NET 2021 through their email id and mobile number

-The candidates will be required to add further details and upload their scanned photo and signature

-After filling the form, the candidates can pay the application fees for the UGC NET 2021 and submit it

The UGC NET 2021 is going to include two papers and it will go on for a duration of three hours. One paper will be of 100 marks and the other will be scored out of 200 marks.
