Arjun Tendulkar named in Mumbai's U-19 team for JY Lele tournament

Suved Parkar will lead the 16-member squad.

Arjun Tendulkar has been named Mumbai's U-19 team for JY Lele Invitational tournament. He was recently part of India U-19 for two four-day games against Sri Lanka U-19.

Arjun Tendulkar, son of Indian legend Sachin Tendulkar, will play for Mumbai in the 6th All India Under-19 Late Shri J.Y. Lele Invitational one day tournament which will be played in Baroda. 

Suved Parkar will lead the 16-member squad announced by Mumbai Cricket Association (MCA). 

Arjun was recently part of the India U-19 for two four-day games against Sri Lanka U-19 in July. However, he was not named in the one-day squad for the tour. 

The U-19 tournament will be an opportunity for Arjun Tendulkar to stake his claim for the Mumbai senior team in the ongoing season. He is yet to make his List A and first-class debut.
